RefiSolutions, LLC (“RefiSolutions”) is a marketing and lead-referral service. We are not a lender, mortgage broker, or insurance agency. We do not originate loans, make credit decisions, or issue insurance. We connect you with licensed loan officers and licensed insurance agents who can review your options with you.

Any figures shown on our site or in our calculator are illustrative estimates based solely on the information you enter. They are not an offer, pre-approval, or guarantee of any rate, payment, savings, or coverage. Your actual rate, payment, approval, and coverage are determined by the licensed third parties you are connected with and may differ. A longer loan term lowers the monthly payment but increases the total interest you pay.

You agree to provide accurate information and to use the site lawfully. You are responsible for the information you submit and for evaluating any product or service offered to you by a third party.

When you submit a request and check the consent box, you agree that RefiSolutions and its partners may contact you at the phone number and email you provide — including by automated technology, prerecorded or artificial voice, and text message — about refinance, credit, and insurance offers. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, and you may opt out at any time.

The loan officers, lenders, and insurance agents we connect you with are independent third parties. We are not responsible for their products, services, decisions, rates, or conduct, and connecting you with them is not a recommendation or endorsement.

The RefiSolutions name, logo, and site content are owned by us or our licensors and may not be used without permission.

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RefiSolutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or from any third-party product or service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which RefiSolutions is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date.
